Dr. Danielle Pettet

Chiropractor

I am passionate about providing chiropractic care for the entire family! My journey to becoming a chiropractor began after experiencing firsthand the whole-body benefits of regular holistic care while pregnant with my first kiddo.

After that, I knew I wanted to do the same for other pregnant people, and their families as well.

Here is a sampling of the conditions I can diagnose & treat:

  • Joint and muscle pain following car accidents or falls
  • Headaches
  • Ankle sprains
  • Pregnancy aches and pains, including Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction
  • Hip pain
  • Rotator Cuff Injuries
  • Latch difficulties for nursing or bottle fed babies
  • Low back strains
  • Jaw Pain (TMJ)
  • Muscle soreness from growth spurts
  • Plantar Fasciitis

My Approach

Chiropractors are Musculoskeletal Specialists, meaning we have advanced training on not just how to take care of the spine, but anywhere bone meets bone to form a joint an along with the surrounding muscles.

I am certified in the Webster Technique, which optimizes pelvic function during pregnancy and birth. By using diversified adjusting techniques, soft tissue manipulation and rehab, patients are able to feel like themselves again.

During my training, I spent a long time learning how to recognize and diagnose other internal conditions, so our initial history and exam is usually a little more in-depth than just the joints.

Education

I received a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre from Western Washington University, and Bachelors of Science in Human Biology & Doctor of Chiropractic from University of Western States in Portland, OR.

Professional Development

I’m an active member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Washington State Chiropractic Association. I am currently serving on the ACA’s House of Delegates as Alternate Delegate for Washington State and as the Immediate Past Chair of NextGenACA.

On the Personal Side

When not at the office, you can find me spending time with my family, boating in the San Juans, hiking, or watching football!

It is important to me to really advocate for my patients and expand access to healthcare!
