COVID-19 Update

In order to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19, we are temporarily conducting office calls via telemedicine, unless deemed necessary to do otherwise. We maintain a strict screening protocol, and clean our clinic thoroughly after each in-clinic appointment.

New Patient Portal

Our patient portal has changed! We are now using a software called ChARM in place of Power2Patient.

Please check your email for an invitation to set up your new patient portal (the email was sent from Natural Health Clinic at noreply@charmtracker.com).
